Sometimes TAs can not be present at the team meetings as they have to be with our learners in specialist lessons.

It becomes challenging when we need to meet with grade levels in collaborative meetings. Sometimes we feel we cannot actively participate and cannot connect meaningfully, and the time can be used by the team for the planning of our LE. The reflection updates feel repetitive since we take more time to finish our units, and they (units) are not timed along with the HR teachers'.

Seek a timetable slot to meet face-to-face once a week. Have an agenda and take minutes and use the google doc system to allocate action steps. Use google spaces to facilitate asynchronous collaboration.

Some challenges found in P8: Collaboration meetings that turn into "putting fires out" in terms of behaviour. Time management when it comes to following the agenda. Prioritising items in the agenda. Positives: Delegating responsibilities works well with shared motivation!

We want to commit to having a time-keeper during the meetings. Keep the documentation process as it is. Dividing responsibilities and clear expectations to follow up. Being mindful of long-term planning goals and take action towards them.

Meeting times sporadic, every two weeks at best. Often the temptation/need to solve an immediate problem prevents deeper work and discussions. We would like to have single subject teacher meetings less frequently and meet as a team more.

To make our meetings more efficient, we propose prioritising unit discussions in the agenda. This will help ensure that discussions about students are productive and time-efficient. We suggest meeting every other week to allow us time to gather evidence and prepare for discussions. Currently, some of us have collaboration meetings every day, which can be overwhelming, especially at the end of the day. It will help us if this could be accommodated. To add in we also have our Arts meeting every alternate week for follow ups and expectations.

We didn't encounter many challenges. We kept in touch well with what needed to be done, Toddle was updated regularly. One challenge is keeping track of unit elements, like SOLO, and ensuring they're completed on time.
