Daddy cool said, "Didnt you hear what she said, Joey? She said he got caught by the wool pooh." This Quote is important because Kenny got close to death and said he saw the "wool pooh" and he saw the "wool pooh" with his sister cuz he thought she died.

At the top of pg 69 it says "Old mr cool still had great big bug eyes and as soon as mommas hand left his neck his own hands started coming up and choking him themselves." which would be a metaphor because a human cant have bug eyes.

2. At the bottom of page 69 it says " Her face was all wet and twisted up and she looked like a real nut." This would be a simile because its comparing Joetta using like.

3 At close to the bottom of page 70 it says" Joey spread her arms out to the side like a traffic cop and stood between momma and byron."
