The students selected for the program spend five weeks working on research projects with ACPHS faculty members. At the conclusion of the program, students are required to present their research findings to a group comprised of ACPHS students, faculty, and staff members in addition to friends, peers, and in some cases, family members.

In addition to their lab research, the students tour area hospitals and pharmaceutical companies

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Structured mentorship program where students are matched with a

Regeneron scientist to conduct research at Regeneron full-time (40

hours/week) for 6-7 weeks during the summer.

Students work on a research question they have formulated with their mentor in

an industry setting.

Program accepts sophomores for a 2-year program and juniors for a concentrated

1-year program.

Students are invited to apply through a formal nomination and application process and are

matched with mentors after a rigorous interview process.

Students meet weekly with scientists and other students to engage in enrichment activities

and didactic trainings.
