1-Explain the task- 
I helped a year 1 student by showing them round Honeywell and telling them which classrooms they will be in.

2-How did this develop your skills? 
This developed my support and mentoring as it helped me be more confident helping other people. 

 
3- What went well?

This went well because i got along well with the other student and i felt better after knowing i had helped someone who was confused. 

4- What could you improve? 

I could improve by offering to help other students in the college when they are confused.

For this task i helped another student complete their assignment because they were worried about the deadline being close.

2-How did this develop your skills? 
This developed my skills as i gave my friend more information about the topic which gave her more knowledge to add into the assignment.

3- What went well?

The communication between me and my friend went well which developed my mentor and support skills. This made me more able to be a mentor to other people.

4- What could you improve? 

I could improve my mentor and support skills by offering to help other people with their work when i have finished my own.

For this task i helped a new starter at work with their training and offered them help when they needed it. 

2-How did this develop your skills? 

This developed my skills as i had to use my own knowledge to be able to help them. As i am a team leader at work, it is important that i use mentor and support skills to help others.

3- What went well?

Training the new starter at work went really well as they picked up the skills really quickly and said that i was helpful when teaching them how to do certain tasks.

4- What could you improve?
I could improve by taking further training myself so i can teach people more tasks any give better feedback.

For this task i made sure that i achieved a high attendance in year 1 of college.

This developed my skills because i didn’t miss many lessons which meant i could complete all my work to a high standard.

This went well because i was able to achieve a D* for my first year.

I could improve my attendance by coming to every lesson so i don’t miss out on anything

In this task i completed all of my assignments to a distinction level which shows that i am resilient in my work.

2-How did this develop your skills? 

This developed my skills as it made me eager and resilient to complete all of my assignments to this standard. 

3- What went well?

This went well because all my assignments were at the highest standards to achieve a high grade. 

4- What could you improve? 

I could improve by planning out my assignments in due date order so that they are all done in the right order.

For this task i have been resilient by doing a full time college course and a part time job at the same time.

This developed my skills because i have been resilient by planning out my time efficiently so i can manage both.

3- What went well?

This has gone well because i complete all of my work at college so i don’t have much to do at home after work.

4- What could you improve?
I could improve by requesting a day off work so that i can ensure that all my work is complete for deadlines.
