When I first started my research, the statistics shocked me. 25-30% of young people have either participated in or received cyberbullying, and the National Survey of Children's Exposure to Violence found that 20.4 percent of children ages 2-5 have experienced physical bullying in their lifetime, with 14.6 percent teased. I replaced my iPhone 13pro from Apple store on 9th May 2022. And then I was told that my phone has been block from network use. I raised a request to unlock the phone on 9th. I reached out to AT&T tech support, advance tech support, had a conference call with AT&T advance tech support and apple support but AT&T kept telling me that they cannot do anything with this phone because this device is on the blacklist. Apple run a hardware and software check on the phone but that too came out clean, nothing was wrong with the device. 

I would appreciate a response to how you plan to handle this, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

My primary audience is parents and educators thus my rhetoric will be logos, and I want my words to be based on facts and evidence and be logical. My graphic design should be concise, and my content should be brief but strong. During those project, I learned how to draw information from many sources and organize it thoughtfully in a piece of writing.
After this process, I have better understand of the topic I choose and have made it become my own.  I also like the complaints assignment we made because it very useful in my real life.
