This policy allows the company to save on unnecessary travel cost. In-room movies should not be allows. As for minibar purchases, the company can restrict the amount that an employee can spend on per trip. These are not must haves items for employees as they are additional staff welfare. 
 
Laundry expenses should be allowed for extended stays. As for Room Service, it should be allowed. Daily meals and Cleanliness are basic needs of the employees.
