As you may be aware many of the Traditional holiday events (non-malls) we exhibit in over the holiday season go thru a jury process before applications are accepted. 

These events are deadline driven and fill up fast so please give these events as much attention and priority you can so we can start the booking process ASAP on these for you. If there is information we need from you please get it into us so we don't get put on a waiting list or worse miss out entirely.

Take it from us, we lost a good # of events last year b/c they filled up fast as we were waiting for your ok to book or answers to our questions, and we don't want you to miss out in 2017.

My Events Page has been given a complete rewrite from Text to Icons to help identify and administer your Events.

Variance Report - On your Dashboard, we have built in a report for you to see what was reported vs what actually tabbed on your events. PAY ATTENTION to this starting now. Use this report to identify issues or areas in your reporting to fix on your events to make sure you are being compensated and rewarded correctly for your efforts.

Promoter Confirmation - You will see if we have heard from promoter that they have the payment and contract info on your event. If not you will be able to contact them to confirm to avoid any issues before or during your Event Set-Up

Recap Entry Efficiency - We have completely streamlined recap entry for you! Less Clicks, More Control for you and your Rep on your Recaps

Simply enter in the rep, total amount to be charged, when to start and how many charges all in one line item entry and you are set.

My Balances Page - Now you and all your reps will be able to see last weeks; this weeks& upcoming event charges laid out for you on a brand new page. You can also choose a range of dates to show all your event charges and export to save you time come Tax season :-)
