I was able to visit places like Walter Reed and the NIH in Bethesda. It was a great experience because I was able to network with so many professionals in the medical field. I created a final presentation on Biomedical printing’s impact on the medical field which was well-received. Back then I really wanted to go into the medical field, which was why I loved this internship. Although I’m not interested in the medical field anymore, this was still a great opportunity.
