To whom it may concern:

On November 03, 2022. I bought some Christmas lights in the store located in the Plaza de la Tecnologia, but unfortunately, your product doesn’t work because the lights don't turn on.

I returned to your store with the product and the receipt, and I spoke with Bryan Perez who didn´t resolve the situation and refused to either replace the lights or refund my money.

I trust this is not the way that you company wishes to do business with customers, and I hope for you to investigate this situation to resolve the problem, and either refund my purchase or send out another product.

To whom it may concern:
Hi, I live in the same neighborhood and I heard that you take care of the people who pick up the garbage the thing is that I have problems, since they haven't picked up my trash in more than a week and I'm a little upset since it's starting to smell awful and I really don’t like this. I wanted to know if by pure chance you could tell the people who work in that if they can go for the trash or know what the problem is because they are not going through it. I hope you can help me with this problem since it is unfair to me that are picking up the garbage of other people  and not mine. Thank you very much for your attention and I look forward to your reply.
