Theme:
1)Sarah Koenig shows neutrality/bias
2)Information of another suspect
3)Prosecutorial Misconduct
Response:
1)Sarah's mind would often sway from one side to the other. She would believe something and then after some time she would change her mind because new pieces of information keep appearing.
2)Don could have killed Hae. Hae was at his house the night before. There was also a note which was written to Don in Hae's car.
3)After Don testified, Don got yelled at by the prosecution for not making Adnan look creepy. The prosecution shouldn't have done that since Don would be braking his oath to tell the truth by doing so.

They know that the word will spread around. Adnan's community is very close to one another.
2)One of Adnan's close friends stated that he would stand up for him when someone would make fun of him for his athletic ability. Would a kid who stood up for his friends really kill someone?
3)As a child, Adnan and some friends would steal money from donations at the Maque. He eventually stopped because of religious feelings, or a feeling of wrong. As an adult, he knows its wrong, but as an 8th grader and he was just doing stupid things that boys would do. He said he felt ashamed and someone who was a murder wouldn't feel ashamed of stealing when they killed someone.

Even though there are many people from Adnan's community tried to raise money for Adnan's bail, they didn't give him bail since they thought that he would run away to Pakistan.
2)All of the people in Adnan's community did everything they could to bail Adnan out of prison. They raised money and built houses, but he wasn't given bail.
3)According to the jury, they claimed that they ignored Adnan's religion and race. But as they started pressing them with questions, the prejudices were still in the back of their minds, driving their decision.

Since you can't tell the age of fingerprints it's possible that Adnan is either innocent or guilty.
2)When analyzing the fingerprints, Jay's fingerprints weren't on the book. Since his fingerprints weren't there then that means Jay wasn't near Hae during the time of the murder.
3)During health class, Aisha and Adnan were passing notes to each other and joking around and in the note Adnan wrote I'm going to kill.

It is physically impossible for Adnan to get to Best Buy in that time frame considering all the factors. When Sarah tries to replicate Adnan's path to the crime scene, they were able to complete the crime in about 22 minutes. It isn't impossible to commit this crime, but everything needs to go perfectly.
2)Jay claims that there was a payphone outside of the Best Buy where Adnan called Jay. However, there were no records of the pay phone existence.
3)Adnan claims that the his cell phone was with him after at around 8. However, the phone pinged a cell phone tower near Leakin' park when he is supposed to be at a Masque.

The mysterious person said that Adnan would have left the car off at a lake, and that Hae and Adnan have gone to Leakin' park numerous times together.
2)When the cops look at Adnan's cell record they noticed that Adnan called Jay's friend, Jennifer, 6 times in a single day. Jennifer explains that Jay told her that Adnan killed Hae.
3)Adnan was really close to Jay's girlfriend Stephanie. Jay could be jealous of how close Stephanie and Adnan are. This could be a motive for Jay to frame Adnan.

For example, when his English teacher said he had a dark side and the state immediately thought that Adnan was guilty.
3)When Adnan contradicts himself when being investigated about him getting a ride from Hae, Koenig doesn't jump to conclusions and sides with one side.
