When counselors face burnout, it can hinder their ability to support students effectively, making the role more challenging than beneficial. Although school counseling can be incredibly rewarding, it also introduces significant stress, which might lead to burnout and compassion fatigue. Feeling the weight of others' distress can sometimes lead to depression, so it's essential to prioritize self-care to ensure we can care for others in the best way possible..</p>]]></description>

I enjoy working out at the gym, mainly through weightlifting, yoga, and Pilates. I always feel better after a good workout, and I've noticed that I feel healthier and more energized throughout the week. Prioritizing self-care allows me to be the best version of myself, which ultimately helps me be more effective in helping others.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I used to struggle with prioritizing self-care, but after years of neglecting my own needs, I've come to understand its importance. Finding solace at the ranch where we raise deer and other exotic animals brings me great joy and fulfillment, despite the considerable time and effort required. Being outdoors allows me to clear my mind, breathe fresh air, and reset while relaxing. Nothing beats the peace of admiring and loving deer and soaking in the scenery. This is where I find pure happiness!</p>]]></description>
