These topics in particular interest me because with the rise of teachers striking for more pay due to the amount of work they put in daily with their students, I wanted to know what protocols an administrator had challenges with in dealing with their employees. I also sought interest in students who require accommodations and how administrators managed to handle them and what steps they needed to make to ensure that these accommodations were made.
This interview was intended to gain the information and knowledge I needed to further delve in deeper into  only a couple of the many legal and ethical issues school administrators deal with and what their protocols are in dealing with them. "Our district/school is currently experiencing decreased enrollment due to legislation that allows funding for charter schools.  The decrease in enrollment equates to decrease in funding to our schools."
