         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. I used my cell phone to record this lesson. I had my co-teacher record the lesson.</p><ol start="2"><li><p>I will save my videos in the swivl app an also on my computer to ensure I have access to them when needed.</p></li><li><p> I am going to get a phone stand that I can set up in different parts of the classroom so that the camera isn't constantly moving. </p><p><br/></p></li></ol><p><strong>Resources</strong></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I used an iPad to record myself. </p><p>I plan on using the Swivel App to store my teaching videos as I move into preparing for my edTPA submissions and the continued use of reflective teaching practices. </p><p>To make my recording process easier for myself I might try to set up my iPad in an elevated location that will still pick up my voice and give a steadier hand and look at the overall classroom.  </p><p><br/></p><p>Summary:</p><p>I begin with a clear outline of learning objectives by explicitly communicating to students what the expectations are, which helps them grasp the goals and assessment criteria from the start. My curriculum activities are varied, as students participate in different formats—some engaging in digital tasks, while others focus on hands-on or collaborative work—providing diverse ways to access the content. I incorporate flexibility in both pace and location, allowing students to progress when they're ready or revisit material through technology (like recorded modules or adaptive software). Additionally, I empower students by giving them the option to choose how they demonstrate their understanding, fostering a sense of ownership over their learning. Technology is fundamental in this approach—not merely as a tool, but as a facilitator of adaptable pacing, access beyond class hours, multiple content representations, and various methods for students to showcase their knowledge.</p>]]></description>
