Its something very cool and very helpful especially for HS students like us who have to juggle multiple things. We have to do well academically while at the same time maintain our commitment in clubs, committees, and other activities. During flex, clubs can have group meetings to plan events or host an event during this time. Teachers can also host retake sessions or call in students who they think need a little help with the content. RIS does this by offering after school EDP programs that ranges from sports to a symphonic ensemble. RIS also makes sure that their students are maintaining a right amount of workload and having a healthy mindset by establishing advisories where advisors ensures that the student's problems are heard.
