Honestly the book seems very slow at first and only gets interesting to me at least till the end of the book. A young girl watches the impact of her death and the destruction of everyone around her from the point of view in heaven. This book took me back by a sense, showing how losing one person in such a tragic way can have a large impact on a community.

Tony is lost in his life and goes to jail for robbery. He gets and second chance at the purpose of his life when he starts going to meetings and meets a guy named Malcolm who becomes Tony's mentor and encourages Tony to read, which leads to Tony discovering his true purpose in life.
