The light is flat in certain parts because at night there is no light for a longer period of time. At the top, there is more light for a longer period of time because there is light for most of the time during the day. The light then comes and goes fairly quickly during the sunrise and sunset.
The carbon dioxide starts higher because it is used up through photosynthesis. It then gets rereleased through the decomposition of things in the soil.
The oxygen starts lower because oxygen is produced through photosynthesis. It then gets absorbed by bacteria in the soil.

The Carbon will be going up and down similar to the oxygen graph. I believe this will happen because the amount of CO2 and O2 will fluctuate at the same rate as photosynthesis takes place. The light graph goes straight up and straight down because during the day it quite bright and as it gets later the light will quickly start to get less bright and go down.

Light: around 12 there is the more sun.
Oxygen: When there is more light, there is more photosynthesis so the oxygen increases as well.
Carbon dioxide: Oxygen and CO2 are inversely proportional.
