These text chosen for my Mentor Library will be an insight on how I will support my writing instruction. I want to blend classic non-fiction literature that will engage my students, and also provide informational nonfiction that expands their views and knowledge of the world. My library is meant for a 2nd Grade class context. (I wasn't sure if the Magic Tree House is too advance for 2nd grade students but when I was that age it was a series that interested me and kept me busy)
