Having read your advertisement in the Star, I am very interested in attending one of your Murder Mystery Tours, but would be pleased if you could give me some more useful information about some of the arrangements.

Could you please let me know the meeting time and meeting place in London, so I can book my flight ticket on time to avoid being late to your tour. Are the costumes for the weekend provided? If It's not, please let me know so I could prepare my own costumes. I'd be interested in knowing if acting is involved in the Murder Mystery Party.

I'd be appreciate it if you could tell me the cost of meals and the availability of vegetarian meals. For your information, I'm a vegetarian and if you can't provide vegetarian meals, I will have to prepare it by myself.

Furthermore, I might be going to your tour with my friends. Since we are school students, I would like to know if there are reduced prices for student and for sharing rooms. I'd also like to know which hotel in London we will be staying at, so I can look at its website.
