1.       Room Shape: The room has a well-organized box shape, optimizing each corner for different purposes.Comfortable Bed: A medium-sized bed is placed in the center of the room to provide enough space for movement. It comes with soft sheets and pillows

2.       Television and Sofa: On the wall opposite the bed, there is a television mounted on a small table. In front of it, there is a cozy sofa with a carpet underneath, creating a relaxing nook ideal for watching television or relaxing

3.       Study Area: A sizable study table is placed in another corner, near the window, so that students can take advantage of natural light while studying. Ergonomic chairs and table lamps provide optimal study conditions

4.       Bookshelves: A bookshelf is installed near the coat hanger, the shelf is used to place books, materials owned by the student.

5.       Clothes Hangers: Near the entrance, there is a handy clothes hanger to maintain order and easy access to daily clothing

6.       Fan: The fan is placed near the bed, the fan will be used during summer, and the fan rotates to make the room safer and cooler.

7.       Windows that lead to the outside of the boarding house provide access to natural light and outside views. Equipped with blinds or curtains for privacy.

8.       Do not forget to add electrical outlets and fast Wi-Fi connection to support the use of electronic devices.

• To reduce the use of private cars, comfortable public buses will be used, passengers pay using a card which automatically deducts the passenger's balance, and buses only stop at certain stops along the main roads in Pontianak

• Go bus application will be created that can make passengers comfortable, for example the application can see where the bus they are going to ride is, how long it will take for the bus to get to the stop where they are. And the accuracy of arrival time can be seen in the application. With comfortable transportation, it is hoped that people will prefer to take public transportation rather than bringing their own car
