I let my students choose their "Classroom Jobs." Aside from giving the students a sense of ownership in doing their job of the day, this also allows them to form their values of accountability and responsibility. Moreover, this allows all kinds of learners to try different roles which suits them. Some may not be that expressive so sometimes, they choose to be the weather watcher. Some students are more religious as they practice at home, hence, they're more leaning towards being a prayer leader. Towards the end of the quarter, everyone can take turns and get a chance to try other jobs.
