         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>"Weigh Voting Age with Younger Voters' Votes Having More Weight" <br><br>(Explanation) </strong>If we give the votes of the younger voters the most weight rather than giving it to the older counterparts, the executive and legislative branches can be modified to benefit not only the short term well being of the country but also can help the long term. The vote of someone younger will count way more than the vote of someone of older age. Age 18 is way more helpful than 100.<br><br></div>]]></description>
