The Tomatina festival started the last Wednesday of August in 1945 is as old as light festival in Costa Rica.
The event has over the years become as dangerous as vegetarian festival in Thailand
About 10,000 kg of tomatoes are used in the world’s largest food fight which originated in 1940 as a result of food fight between children.
Festival-goers typically wear white to ensure maximum tomato carnage visibility and most used swim goggles for eye protection.
In 2012, Buñol began requiring payment for entrance to La Tomatina, and the number of tickets was limited to 22,000, though the previous year had seen upwards of 45,000 visitors to the area. In 2002, La Tomatina was added to the list of Fiestas of International Tourist Interest. The Tomatina is as expensive as Gloucestershire Cheese Rolling Festival.

USA Halloween is as amazing as CR Halloween, but maybe all the people here in CR dont see this celebration like something entertaining because maybe they didnt grow up with this habit and because of that CR Halloween is not as traditional as USA halloween. In Costa Rica I think that only the youngest people celebrate it, and for this reason I would like to maybe go and celebrate it in USA and live this tradition decorating the houses and wearing costumes during that day.

I think the Mexico City costumes are not as nice as San Miguel de Allende costumes.

Especially Mexico City food is not as delicious as San Miguel de Allende food.

Mexico City trade is not as well as San Miguel de allende trade, there are better things for to buy and is cheaper.

For those reasons i prefer one thousand times spend this celebration in the best place in whole Mexico called San Miguel de Allende

But there is a one thing that i didn't say, the San Miguel de Allende people are as kind as Mexico City people.
I would like to visitied México in te day of the dead, because i think this tradition is very interesting. i was reading about the activitys what people do in this days. Before, when i was a girl, i thougth that this tradition was a crazy, i felt scary for imagine the people call the dead, but now, i changed my think. The family es the most important in the life of people, for that reason, dedicate one day for remember them is very special. This tradition remember the favorite food of people die, their memories and how much they loved them. The images of the deceased of the family to whom this commemoration is dedicated should never be missing. I love de history in general and personal stories, i loved speak with my grand parents, listened them, for that reason i get interest for this mexican tradition. I love the pictures too, and in the day of the died, the pictures are esential, because, is like have them again with us... I don't kwon, but i think is a beautiful way to give honor and love them. The tradition establish the use to the burning candles, too. Fruit, bread and food that the dead liked. The drink of your choice is put into the offering, from water to beer or tequila. More that of the things, the food or drinks, the most important is the fact to the family meeting to remember them love ones.

The day of the dead II. It's about honoring the dead. I like it because it's colorful and original. The day of the dead in CR is not as beautiful as Mexico. This day is as important as in CR day. I would like to go in 2 or 3 years with my family. Why in a few years? It is because my daughter is so small and I would like she enjoy like me. On the other hand, I like MX food, but the MX food is as good as CR.

I would like to go to the Holi Festival because this celebration has many colors, joy, music, dance ... The festival means the "new beginning". Colors have a meaning: The color red is as important as the color green, for example, the color red means, love and the color green mean new beginnings and the other colors.Dancing is as important as singing.

It is the festive day to end of past errors, to end conflicts by meeting others, a day to forget and forgive.
