2.  Text the people you are the IL on call for and tell them you're their support.  If issues arise they can text you adn you can join their call.

3. Make a document that has the links to all the sessions you are supporting (with dates, IL's and zoom links). As a facilitator, I appreciated a text, but was also cognizant that others might need more support than me.  I would only message the IL on call if it was absolutely necessary.

norms: either text people or do a quick pop in before the session. Don't assume you know people's needs and start offering help that wasn't asked for. Texting facilitators ahead of time. 1 chain for all facilitators who are at the same time so we know if you are being pulled in multiple directions.

When I have 4 sessions I am supporting at once, I just ask them to let me know if they need help and then I'll join the session.
