I think sometime we should take a video or a photo if someone really breaking the law but we should not post it online all the time. Maybe we can tell the director and show the director the evidence. I think at first we need to make sure what exactly does that classmate do first  , what kind of law does he or she breaking, is that event serious or not? If it is really serious it is usual to kicked out that student from school because he or she need  to respon of the action. But if it not or he or she did it by accidentally, the school just need punished that student by suspended him or her from school for one or two weeks is enough because it is too heavy to kicked out he or she from school as punishment. And for the person that taking the video for without the permission of the person and show it online I think it isn't a good action because like you are invasion of other privacy if you take it, just store it in your phone don't show to anyone if it doen't need it.

But is that true? I mean he kinda act a bit weird lately but when I see this post about him breaking the law I was shocked. It isn't okay to take the video without permission from the victim but without the video, the classmate who broke the law won't get caught which is disruptive towards the school reputation.
