The MTLP's have been a huge success in MFL. All teachers have been allocated responsibility for one year group. This has enhanced teachers differention, personalised learning and teaching and learning skills.

I have found that the use of MTLPs has encouraged me to make my lesson planning more detailed, and as we each prepare the resources for one year group, it has made me think about the quality of my resources, ensuring they are easy to follow for the teachers, and fun and interactive for the students. The use of MTLPs has promoted differentiation across ability ranges, ensuring that each pupil can be successful in a lesson that is aimed at the appropriate level for them.

I have found MTLPs to be very useful and it has allowed us to share ideas as a department and promoted differentiation according to the ability of the students.

MTLPs have been very effective and has really helped me in my own teaching practice because I have been able to share ideas with my collegues they too have given me lots of ideas that I have been able to incorporate into my lessons. Further it has helped us as a department to ensure that all our lessons across the year group are being taught the same and that each is planned to a high standard and that all the needs and abilities of the students are met, through the differentiation of resources.
