Ev: can be improved - as google sheet not all info included and also need to have a separation between fruits who actually agreed vs. fruits who reluctantly agreed with ‘I’ll see’ mindset vs. fruits only once a week

Starting from the event briefing in NT - very well thought of and comprehensive. 
2. Efficient and save time : Timing is capped for the event to a very efficient 1 hour - achieving purpose in 30 mins for open heart and checking, and 30 mins word sharing and confirm picking. 
And how they 2 can run simultaneously. 
3. Maximises no. of fruits in 2 ways: flexible to fruits timing + one leaf can bring multiple fruits 

Areas to improve:

Mood: calm, friendly, warm, very welcoming. Theme, concept and storyline very well thought and laid out and nothing was missed. Attention to details was there. All understood tasks and very professional from beginning through until the end.

2. Flow: understandable, smooth transition from welcoming through to exit. Even event briefing from TGWs to members was understandable and clear. 

3. EV: update and capture process smooth.

4. Set up: really considered all aspects for the participant to ensure something was relatable. Positioning and layout of items and furniture very open feeling and gave great social setting.
