★ポイント:　メンバー全員が興味を持てるアイディアを選ぶ／皆の自由なアイディアを歓迎する雰囲気を作る／どのアイディアも価値があるものとして聞く／あまり発言していない人を気遣って何か意見はないか聞く／言語の壁にも配慮する／MCWの授業で学んだことを活用する：アクティブリスニング、言語の壁、コミュニケーションスタイル、インクルージョン、ステレオタイプ。

① Everyone produces ideas, writes them on Post-its and pastes near the items.
② After writing, each person explains their ideas to the group. As you hear everyone's idea, you can add more ideas.
③In a group, discuss and decide the ideas for each section. You can choose one idea or combine some ideas.
