The people eat sushi in the restaurants, in the evening. 
The typical dishes of sushi are sashimi, makizushi, wasabi, ramen, noodles, anigiri, nori.
This food is most popular, but it too hate of some people.
My favorite kitchen however is the Italian cuisine, because I think It's very good and healthy.
