The equator is 0 degree longitude. The Prime Meridian is 0 degree latitude. It cuts through the northwestern africa. Latitude is the lines that goes vertically, and the longitude are the horizontal lines. So Bandar Seri Begawan is 4.8903 degrees north from the equator and 114.9422 degrees east from the Prime Meridian. It is in Brunei Darussalam Time Zone. Right now the temp in Brunei is 82 degrees F. So basically they have winters when we have summers and when we have winters they have summers. Ministry of Finance Building is the tallest building in Brunei!
