Hi, today is my first day for my SIEP. I felt so excited to tell about my activities at my SIEP’s place.

Firstly, I want to introduce my SIEP’s place is a bakery. It is belong to Madam Norazlina Omar Bakery but it registered by name Intan Zulaikha Enterprise which is her daughter’s name.

Everyday I must come to the Bakery at 8 a.m.

So today I got to know all the staff at there. There are 7staffs. My boss provide me a notebook to me to write a recipes. Hi, for these day my boss told me to help what I should to help. For example, reboil a chocolate bar, cutting salad, bland a whipping cream and etc.

At that bakery I imposed the new experience in bakery industry it so interesting and so exciting. Hi, so today is my 3rd day for my SIEP. I learn to flip a durian crepe! yeayy. Durian crepe has its filling and the durian crepe’s skin itself.
I’m really excited when I made it because customers will buy my handwork.

Hi day 7! Actually every morning, the bakery will make donuts for kiosk at other places and for the bakery. The first step for making donuts it must did it dough, after that we weight the donut for 35gram for each donut.

Hi! happy to have the last days there. So today, I work with the same routine like past days. made a donut, takoyaki, lasagna and etc. I just want to show the logo for the bakery. It have stickers to paste on the package. It is very important to the marketing bakery because people will know and aware about the bakery product and want to buy from them.

Hi... It is sad to say that today is my last day for my SIEP there. I have got my boss’s signature for my ‘Borang  Majikan’

we had a farewell time together. I’m really enjoyed work at there and I hope I’ll see them at other time. ;)
