TLD Series

I am excited about the way that the TLD series is coming together and we are kicking off our first session in 30 minutes with Kendal and the event is SOLD out. So thankful to everyone who is collaborating on those spaces including Jarad, Alison and Estefany.

I'm proud of the work I've done with Chelsey and Melissa (with the support of Em, Estefany, and Alison) on the Mesquite ISD Local LCLL. We've been really intentional about designing a meaningful and transformative experience. We have a long ways to go, but so far participants are really enjoying the experience.

Dexter CS LCLL In-Person Kick Off

Sustaining October Virtual Workshop

We had a successful October convening for the sustaining series. It was energizing to be with teams and to engage in the collaborative build process with coaches to meet teams where they were at. I also think we are walking away with some really amazing sessions (Sarah's data session in particular) that we can leverage in a myriad of ways moving forward.

1) I'm proud of going as slowly as we need to in order to be intentional and purposeful about what learning activities we build and why so we aren't putting things into place for the sake of it and really asking what we need to meaningfully push us forward.

2) I have to shout out Mon! I'm proud of Monica's leaning into goal setting and week B leadership that is strategic and useful in giving our team clear northstar goals and collaboration processes

Nikhil's Leadership of LTF Design Partner Course Building

Nikhil has done a phenomenal job leading our team in building a set of modules around LTF. He has led the charge to get a really solid scope & sequence of modules, supported us to build modules, and aligned us around practicums to truly ensure that the DPs we will train are going to be ready to hit the ground running with all this great content.

October Sustaining Workshop

I'm proud that this was valuable and well-received by coaches and participants. I'm proud of the sessions we designed. But I'm most proud of the collaboration with Amore and the coach team that allowed us to pivot to meet the participants' needs. This deepened relationships and led to a lot of learnings for the next sustaining project

Rural + DJ Design

Finding More Integration

A great example of this is the Leading from Your Core sessions that integrates our org competencies + the LCLL framework (a charge being led and supported by Ashley, Alison and Jarad)
