Hi, my name is Ecem. I'm 26 years old and I come from Berlin, Germany. I work as a graphic designer, but my biggest passion is traveling. Since I was a child, l've loved exploring new places. My parents took me on trips when I was young, and I quickly became interested in different countries and cultures.

For me, traveling is more than just a holiday. I want to learn about the world and meet people with different lives and stories. Traveling around the world is also a opportunity for me to take pictures and get some inspiration for my own designs. There's so much beauty in the world I want to see and to capture. That's why I started writing this travel blog. I want to share my experiences - not only the good ones, also the hard ones. Sometimes things go wrong, like missing a flight or getting lost, but these moments are also part of the journey.

What makes me special as a travel blogger is that i'm honest. I don't only show perfect pictures or write about beautiful places. t also talk about the real side of traveling ,the feelings, the challenges, and what i learn.

I hope my stories help others to see the world in a different way and maybe even inspire them to travel, too.

Have you ever dreamed of standing on top of a mountain in Peru? And then a few days later walking through a huge city in Canada?

That's exactly what I did.I travelled from South America all the way to North America, all by myself. I saw thousands of different people, loud waterfalls, and quiet forests. It wasn't always easy but that's what made it special. In this blog, i want to tell you what i did, what i learned, and give you some tips if you want to travel too.

Then I took a 22-hour bus to Cusco with Cruz del Sur. The ticket cost around 300. The ride was long, but the views of the Andes were beautiful and totally worth it. stayed at Wild Rover Hostel for 126 per night, which had a cool vibe and I met many travelers my age.

The best part of my Peru trip was visiting Macchu Picchu.

I booked a 2-day tour for 200€, which included train, hotel, guide, and entrance. It was hard to walk up there, but the view was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen.

From Peru to Canada - A big change

After Peru, I flew from Cusco to Toronto (with a stop in Lima). The flight was about 300€.

When I arrived in Canada, it felt like another world, it was very clean, calm, and organized.

I stayed at Hi Toronto Hostel for 250 per night. It was safe, had free walking tours, and a kitchen where I cooked my own food to save some money. Toronto is a big city with tall buildings and lots of parks. One of my favorite spots was Kensington Market, a cool area with colorful houses, vintage shops, and street musicians.

I tried poutine, a typical Canadian dish with fries, gravy, and cheese. To be honest, it tasted as strange as it looks.

I also did a day trip to Niagara Falls. The bus ride cost around 30 € and took about two hours. When I saw the waterfalls, I was speechless. The water was loud and obviously I got totally wet, but I would die for experiencing such an overwhelming view for the first time again.

Back in Toronto, I spent a quiet day in High Parle. It's a huge parle with trees, animals, and little lakes. I took a book, had snacks, and just relaxed. It was nice to have a calm day after so much sightseeing.
