     The dictionary describes a prophet as follows:
"one of a band of ecstatic visionaries claiming divine inspiration and, according to popular belief, possessing magical powers."
Red Flags: Confirmation Bias, Appeal To Authority,  Ancient Wisdom, Proof of Verbosity, Ideological Support and Confusion with Correlation and Causation. More later on the next Point `False Prophets``

To us this, a couple of red flags appeared to us that is appeal to authority, Ideological Support, Ancient Wisdom, and Mystical Energy. There is quite a bit of inconsistences like, ideals that cannot be repeats such as the so called Transcendal Spiritual Knowledge and the destruction of sin and ignorance.  Now that has a flaw in itself. This comment in itself is ignorant, we as humans will be oblivious to somethings in this world and there fore be a bit ignorant.        These modern prophets like Martin Luther King Jr. Had a message and need it to be delivered to the people and then make a change in order for a social change and a hierach change.

It vaguely describes that the author "Sandip Roy" had his uncle whom a boy at the time was a daredevil maverick whom loved to climb trees, now has a piece of iron metal stuck in his throat. This was deemed a risky surgery to any doctor of this day and age. However this holy man by the name of "Khyapa Baba"
came by and the mother asked for his help. A few days later, the boy vomitted the iron piece  out and soon rushed to hospital, while the holy man was vomitting blood and saying it's done.

One of my red flags as I read this article is definitely: Confusion with Correlation with Causation and Confirmation Bias. This defeats the logic and those whom believed will follow or whos gullible enough to follow. This incident happened after the boy coughed out the piece and yet he's vomitting blood out which could mean a illness not a divine power.

What gives them prophetic status is the fact that all of them have authority of some sort, whether it comes from the respect of their peers, the adulation of their followers or the intensity with which their advice is sought by colleagues, politicians, opinion-formers or the public... "
    As i stated in my tab " Faith And Logic"  I noticed that there is a deep correlation with all of these posts that all seem to have a "Confusion with Correlation with Causation and Confirmation Bias", as well there are many others such as Ancient Wisdom, Mystical Energy and Appeal To Authority, however more on the two italized points.

With the Confusion, they think that some sort of higher power, or social status that gave them authority is how they done thier works where it could be that it was a coincidence or with Confirmation bias, they want o believe that it's true and in their mind it is.

As stated"...Do I find the argument presented credible? Nope, especially when we face claims such as “God restored the Jews to their ancient homeland, fulfilling many other specific Old Testament prophesies”, and yet can’t be bothered to even reference one of them..." 

The writer of the article seemed not too convinced by the notion that a all powerful being states they will being them to their anicent homeland. The question brought up is: where is this homeland? and if there was such place why leave? and furthermore if any notion of "homeland" is rhetorical for Heaven, then wouldn't the whole notion of returning is completely moot?

In my so humble opinion I would name him, "Faking Edd"  as most of his so called predictions are more of a textbook skeptoid definition of what is a "psychic" 

He predicts and gives the people what they want to hear for example: Healings, Fortune, Reading of his/her surroundings.

It states of how in catholic/christianity faith that a prophet then asked about personal issues such as adultery, debaurchery and other personal issues. But was quickly shunned away now the prophets now use gimmicks like " God will give you money" or " God will bless you with a fortune"

These to us feel that there is quite alot of ideological support and also Confirmation Bias. As in hops God will intervene and give you these things just because a so called "prophet" says so?
