Some say that he is the inspiration behind Dracula but we Malaysians believe in 'SANG KELEMBAI'  a giant monster with the power to turn people to stone with the power of their curses.Another myth we believe is "Puteri Ulek Mayang" an ancient tale about a sea-princess who fell in love with a fisherman.
