         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Shigella bacteria spreads very easily. It can spread through contaminated food or liquid, in recreational water (like at water parks), and physical contact. To prevent the spread of the disease, local health centers must restrict the work activities of people with shigellosis. In addition, washing your hands is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of shigellosis.</div>]]></description>
