My definition of spirituality

Personaly my definition of spirituality would be finding yourself in the things and people around you, finding your perpose by yourself not what the people around you might think it would be, that there's always gonna be a bright side to things even if everything looks like its going bad, and that you have family all around you, you just need to find the people who are meant for you.

i find this song spiritual since I talks about how "all lights turned off can be turned on" and I take that as even if there's been a lot of negatives, positives can still shine through. and it says "Throw a punch, fall in love, give your self a reason" which I think is very spiritual because everyone has a reason, they just need to find what there's is. it also says "Oh dear don't be discouraged, I've been exactly where you are" since there has to be someone out there who you can talk to and share each others experiencese.

I like this passage since its words are very uplifting. It tells people that its not whats on the outside, or what you look like that counts, but on the inside, and that your of great worth in Gods eyes.

this picture sticks out to me becayse of the vibrant colours and how they all just fit together beautifully, the way they drew the tree with the ball of light in it showing that there's always an unknown to things around you.

spiritual practice

The Spiritual Practice I would like to do is journaling. My mom Journals and it looks very peaceful. A couple years ago I had an app on my phone that you could write in and just put all of your thoughts and worries on and it really helped when ever my mind felt flooded.
