For the littles, we have pictures that help us remember the HoHM. We worked a lot on Flexibility as new students, new friends, new school, and it's okay when plans change, schedules change, accepting other's thoughts, and more. I refer to the picture of Flexibility-a slinky whenever I share that we have to put on our "Flexibility Hat." I recently bought a huge slinky and they loved being able to hear everyone's thoughts about how they were flexible while holding the slinky!
