So it all started with alone time but ended on a group.

Firstly the reflection of pre work questions was much needed with the data.

Throughout the session the chit work was best, it really helps in engaging and openness.

Secondly, the filling the map plan was literally helpful and gave a clarity of vision.

Thirdly, modelling circle took out the limelight and it really helped in self reflection and open to feedback.The feedback was on point which is my focus area too.
