It taught me that these structures contributes to greater fluidity and efficiency for team members and managers. Amongst the presented structures within the module, I found Coordinated Effort to be the most appealing, as it allows the manager to make the final decisions while encouraging collaboration with other members of the organization to achieve a common objective. As a result, I intend to use this business structure personally.

I used to believe that they were similar. Yet, now I realize that their approaches vary between the two as shown within the artifact above. In fact, Leaders motivate individuals to pursue success and strive for organizational change through their visionary thinking, whereas managers concentrate on tasks within established policies, prioritizing organizational performance and efficiency. As a result of this module, I have gained a fresh perspective. I've determined that I am more suited for being a leader than a manager, since I never strictly follow set policies. These are strategic, tactical, operational, and project management control. Some project management tools that were discussed include Gantt Charts, which provide a visual representation of a project's schedule, and Balanced Scorecards, which are used to track, monitor, and improve key performance indicators in an organization. Both tools help people see what needs to be done and how well they're doing it. Overall, this lesson has given me insight into how businesses control their processes. I will use the ideas that were discussed to benefit my personal business or an organization in the future.
