         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>An Advantage of using a negotiated brief, it helps production companies to understand how to work around a certain problems that may happen during the time that they are producing the product and in briefs which could lead to them developing new ideas for the brief  <br><br>A disadvantage of a negotiated brief is that a problem that has occurred could end up not being end up being resolved and could end up wasting more time for the production company to get it done and lead to bad communication between them and the client    </div>]]></description>
