Not only that, these media can also help me discover new ideas and information which I can use later on throughout my life. These media affects my lifestyle in different aspects like how I dress, how I act, and more. But, instead of copying everything I see in social media, I tend to adapt to make it combine in my way of life. Media helps me figure out what’s right or wrong where I could reflect more on my actions; which makes my usage of media healthy. But, there’s also times where I used media in an unhealthy way just like during the pandemic where my social media was full of “depressing” quotes or ideas which made me believe that I was depressed too.
