While taking the implicit bias test of “Age” my results showed a strong automatic preference for young people over old people. This completely shocked me. I have worked for nursing care facilities for a long period of my life, and I have always taken to older people more easily than people my age. 

I would like to continue to educate myself on how bias works and how I can work on not having any implicit bias. I will continue to take these tests to measure my implicit bias as I learn in the future.
