Those absences are because of errors in time table or NOVO. These threats increase stress among international students who are already challenging with other issues such asnew language,  home sickness and culture chock. In 2nd Semester I took face 2 face classes but in that 7137SOH Joshua classes were showing on timetable but their were no class thats the issue. We took 10 weeks classes the last 2 weeks were OFF the attendance is marked absent. Now 3rd Semester starts I am taking all the classes but in timetable their is a class which is not having but after asking from ike he was saying that its your supervisor meeting classes but the meeting is on other days not on Monday. Coming to end the Tier-4 Attendance is mailing ne regarding attendance that you should attend you classes if not it will effect your PSW. I mailed engagement, Joshua, but no one is giving me a response.
Please raise this issue to the head because the course came to an end. It was incredible experience for me . But at the end all the attendance which I have attended has come as absent . It is so disappointing because I have attended all the classes even my friends are facing the same issue . I have attended almost all the classes, but due to improper timetable and online classes being not marked properly my percentage of attendance is going down.

Attendance issues from the start of my semester from September 2021 and now its my last semester still the issue persists.

Issue:-
1. First semester: classes attended online because I was in my home country due to delayed visa, but attendance shows absent even though tutors took our attendance on microsoft and google forms at that time. Tutors have been informed and they have updated it further to the concerned department, but no action taken. Issue is still not sorted.

2. 2nd Semsester: Classes ended earlier in March, however timetable shows classes till April. Tutors have been informed, they informed the concerned department, still no response. Attendance still shows absent.

3. 3rd Semester: Progress meeting was changed from offline to online due to extreme hot weather, attendance shows absent. 
Supervisor meetings attendance has not been updated is showing absent.



I have been receiving emails regarding low attendance. And Now these emails are giving me mental stress.
I have been attending all my session.

I have informed engagement, emailed tutors, have done everything, but still no result. Tutors replied that they have informed the relevant departments. Why the concerned departments are not updating it on Nova.

I have to apply for PSW, and attendance is showing low percentage. What am I supposed to do now? And it's not the issue with me our entire Cohort of Msc. Global Healthcare Management 2021-2022 is going through these problems. Everyone has emailed personally to every concerned department, but still no improvement.
