For me, the aspects most affected by the pandemic was my friends and sports. It been tough to be limited to learning through a screen, far from my friends . I miss laughing with them on the daily basis and just enjoying our last moments in school. It was sad and nostalgic that our last months, which I considered them the best of our senior year, were limited to an online routine. In the other hand, other key aspect in my life that was massively affected was sports. I miss both watching every sports on TV and training myself. It has been tough to train at home, because I don't find it fun and it gets monotonous. Therefore, I miss player soccer and training on open field, with fresh air and tons of space.

Since I don't live with them and we can't go out, I can't see them as often as I usually do. However, last week I was able to see my dad, he sneaked out and came to visit me. I haven't seen my sister, though. This has really affected me, because I usually see them every week and we go visit our grand-parents on the weekends. This has also been impossible, because my grand-parents are very old, they are more than 80 years old, so we can't go visit them or anything. There are some apps that allow us to videochat, but they don't know much about technology. 

Personally, not being able to see my family has been the hardest. Also, not being able to feel the sun in my face or the wind. Now at days it is regular to see people with gloves and masks and unusual to see people do a traditional handshake. However, when you are locked up for a lot of time you start to get really bored and the activities you liked, become very monotonous and tedious.
The things that matter the most, like training soccer and hanging out with my friends are the toughest ones to assume. Time is flying so fast and I feel that I am wasting a lot of time in this situation. At first, it was helpful because you could start practicing interesting hobbies but when the government shouted out that the quarantine is taking away valuable this, psychologically, the effects are tremendous. The hardest situation I had gone through this international event and quite catastrophic is the fact that the most special events of a senior, like a prom party and the graduation day completely vanished away.

Before all this my concerns were minimal such as a perfect dress for the prom, a good grade in my icfes, good results in the toefl and the dolphin, going out with my friends to eat, going out with my boyfriend for a walk, get to my house and do homework, but everything changed from day one of the quarantine, the days are full of monotony. I get up, I bathe, I have classes, I do thousands of jobs, lunch, dinner and I fall asleep, over and over and again, the same routine. Being locked up in the house is not easy, although I try to distract myself with other activities, such as painting, drawing, cooking, and playing WII. Little by little I get used to it but I hope it ends soon.

I really do not have many expectations regarding the subject I am afraid of not graduating, of not having my prom, of not returning to my school, of late entering the university, I hope that everything improves little by little and we can get out of this with the least number of affected.From all this we can learn a lesson, and everything happens for something, for the moment it is necessary to have patience and enjoy family time.
