Define Problem:
Donald Trump enforces that building the wall will have pro vent drug smuggles and illegal immigrates from coming through but he does not want to pay for the action.

Gather Information:
This video is made by Washington Post. The video shows complementary of cuts when Donald Trump saying that Mexico will pay for the wall since 2015 but he says he didn't really mean that Mexico will physically pay for it.

Evaluate Evidence:
In the link in the video at the bottom the description it takes you more into the talk of the article (shown at the bottom of the post). Philip Bump who created the article is a national correspondent for The Washington Post based in New York. There several proof of this video that statements and press conference that Donald Trump tends to make Mexico pay for the wall and now he states that he didn't really mean to say it when the video provides all the time he did say it. The results of this have reproduced all over social media sites to bring awareness of the topic of his act. As being the president of the United States the Proof of by  Verbosity he has bigger say of what gets done.

Recognize Assumptions, Emotions, Biases:
The Washington Post personal assumptions is against Donald Trump for his actions towards Mexico not only that but for making Mexico pay for it and now saying he never said that. But the emotions that cause an impact when he stated this had social media blown up calming that he did say this creating frustration and confusion that contradicts himself. This impact a lot people for those who are against and with Donald Trump.

Alternative solution 1: Donald Trump makes a clear statement that who's paying for what when building the wall.
Alternative solution 2: We assume Mexico is gonna pay for the wall after all the statements that Donald Trump says that there gonna pay for all of it.
