The business is operated through a variety of activities. First, we purchase ingredients from the store. After that, we make crispy seaweed crackers. Crispy seaweed crackers are promoted through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and twitter.  Social media is chosen because young adults and students tend to spend more time online. Thus, it will increase the opportunity for online company business to expand their audience and increase sales on social media. Social media can make it simpler for customers to engage with us because all the details about our items are stated clearly. Furthermore, the order is taken online. When the order is received, we contact the customer to go over how many crispy seaweed crackers will be delivered and schedule a time to meet. Self-pick up at UNIMAS area and meet up at other locations were available for customers. We promptly deliver the products to the customers and receive payment from customers. Finally, keep a record of each transaction.

To stay full, energetic, and healthy, several students like snacking in their free time or while they are studying. Our goal is to create a seaweed-based nutritious snack that is strong in fiber, protein, and low calories. Thus, the product is homemade. In overall, our product stands out from the competition because it is nutritious, encourages a healthy lifestyle, it is hygienically made, nicely packaged, and delivered to our consumers without incurring additional delivery fees. In order to produce snacks with good nutritional content, we choose to sell crispy seaweed crackers. The main target market is UNIMAS students because most of them enjoy snacks while studying or in their free time. Then, we expanded our sales to residents living in Kuching and Samarahan areas. In term of Geographic, mostly customers are from UNIMAS Student. In term of demographic, the customers are female, Chinese and university student. 

In socioeconomics, the customers are students still financially dependent on their parents. The customers love to eat snack while studying or love something that is crispy in terms of psychographic. In addition, the customers like this variety of seaweed because it is popular since it is low in calories and high in nutrients. When compared to other sellers, the product price is one of the key reasons that customers choose to purchase from our business. When compared to other suppliers, who charge between RM8 and RM10 for 70g, students may get our product for RM8 for 80g. After that, white sesame is included in the crispy seaweed cracker.  Students can also receive our product the same day they purchase it, as opposed to internet retailers who will send it over a few days.

Finding a healthy snack around the campus is challenging for students, our company, Joyful Crispy Snack, focuses on serving students in UNIMAS and Kuching area to solve this challenge that the students are facing. We promote our product through our social media accounts where customers can place orders and we deliver it to our customers. Customers have two payment options: either pay  internet transfer or cash on delivery. For starting our fundraising requires RM 50.00 which we raised between ourselves to purchase the ingredients.
