Overall there is lack of teamwork participation and contribution. Task delegation and workload should be more equal. "Active" and passionate participation by each team member is highly preferable - give new ideas or suggestions whenever possible. Self initiate the conversation.

Have at least two PICs for a large-scale event like Soiree Night VU. That way the team does not rely/communicate with just one party. (eg: if the only PIC cannot make it to something, everything becomes unsure). Safer and less burden vs with only one PIC.

Only a few core members got on with clean up at first - a task all core members were supposed to start together.

The singing and DJ performances were good, but as the second half progressed, guests gradually left, so I thought it would have been better to have performances that were easier for guests to participate in.

The emcee, djs and performers did an were amazing. However, the pace was relatively slow & only began to pick up when the guests were involved in the voting process along with cheering for the performers. Overall, I would say it was an amazing experience but crowd engagement & the food should be emphasised. Ally & the team did a fantastic job!
