My involvement has included supporting cultural and artistic events, youth activities, chess initiatives, educational projects, and community-based programs. Through my skills in graphic design, multimedia production, photography, videography, social media management, communication, and event coordination, I have helped promote initiatives, create engaging content, document activities, and strengthen their public visibility.

My volunteer work reflects my commitment to creativity, civic engagement, cultural promotion, and the development of meaningful opportunities for young people and the wider community.

Hello everyone! My name is Elisa Brahimllari, and for almost one year I have been actively engaged with CSDC Durrës – Civil Society Development Center Durrës.

Although my journey in activism is still relatively new, this experience has already given me the opportunity to grow, learn, and understand more deeply the importance of youth participation, civic engagement, volunteering, and community action.

Through my involvement with CSDC Durrës, I have had the chance to participate in different activities and initiatives where young people are encouraged to express their ideas, discuss issues that affect their communities, and become more involved in local decision-making processes.

For me, activism means more than simply participating in activities. It means having the courage to speak up, listening to others, working together, and taking small but meaningful actions that can contribute to positive change.

Being part of CSDC Durrës has also helped me develop new skills, meet inspiring people, work as part of a team, and better understand the role that young people can play in building a more inclusive and active community.

I believe that every young person has something valuable to contribute. Even if the journey starts with one small step, one idea, or one volunteer activity, it can gradually become a meaningful experience of participation and change.

I am looking forward to continuing this journey, learning from others, and becoming even more active in my community.

For me, this experience has been a new and inspiring journey. It has shown me that being active in the community does not always begin with big actions. Sometimes it starts by simply showing up, sharing an idea, listening to others, and being willing to contribute. During my engagement with CSDC Durrës, I have had the opportunity to learn more about youth participation, community involvement, volunteering, and the importance of young people having a voice in issues that concern them.

What I value most is the opportunity to meet other young people, exchange different perspectives, work together, and understand that positive change is stronger when it comes from cooperation.

For me, activism means being present, being informed, speaking when something matters, and encouraging others to participate as well.

Even though my journey as an activist is still at its beginning, I feel that every activity has helped me become more confident, responsible, and aware of the role I can play in my community.

I hope to continue learning, participating, and contributing to initiatives that give young people more space to express themselves and turn their ideas into action.
