  • Students get to get active at school to hopefully help the meet their recommended 30-60 minutes per day.

  • We can teach students skills properly so they can become competent in those skills and continue to do these activities for a lifetime.

  • We not only get to inspire students to be active but we can advocate in the community to live healthier lifestyle.
