The most important event of act 1 is when Romeo first meets Juliet. When Romeo first sees Juliet he walks up to her. Then he talks to her and they talk about how lovely she looks and that he shouldn't be allowed to hold her pure hands. and this shows that Romeo doesn't really know what love is because his ex girlfriend broke up with him early that day and now he is in lust with Juliet. another reason this is the most important scene in act one is when Romeo talks about kissing Juliet and she makes it where he can't hold back the urge and kisses her and this sets the scene of the stage. and that's why it's the most important scene of act one.

This show how Romeo only cares about beauty. Also they kiss only at first meeting. which means their going to fast and not thinking about things. This evidence show what might come next in our story, doom.

The most important event of Romeo and Juliet act one was when Romeo saw Juliet. It finishes setting up the story about how he loves juliet on first sight. It shows he can change to love one person to another in a short amount of time. Therefore Romeo is a fool when it comes to love. He expresses feelings for her to his buddy's. In conclusion when Romeo saw Juliet it was the most import part of the play because it sets the play up.

jordan jones - The most important event was when romeo met juilet. He said "Don’t tell me she’s a Capulet. What fate! My life is in my enemy’s hands. I can’t live without her." Also juilet said If "he’s already married, I’ll likely go to my grave an old maid rather than marry anyone else."This is becuase it set the stage for the play. This setes up the play by showing how there going to get together and plot to get married. This also shows how fast romeo can go from loving another person so fast. This shows romeo is really guallable and could be easy to trick .

The most important event in Act 1 of Romeo and juliet is when Romeo and juliet met. In the passage it explicitly state" After all, pilgrims touch the hands of saints, and the hands kiss when their palms are brought together." Morefore this proves that Romeo has fallen in love when he seen Juliet. The passage also state " A sin from my lips? oh what a sweetly suggest trespass! Give it back to me. Juliet stated " You kissed by the book" This therefore shows this is the most important event because it sets the mood for the whole story.

The most important event up to this point is when Romeo met Juliet. Romeo before meeting Juliet was in his feelings about some other girl but after meeting Juliet he meeting Juliet he pretty much forgot about the other girl and became totally in tune with Juliet. the reason this is important is because Romeo and Juliet before this weren't wanting to marry anyone or talk to anyone. Romeo and Juliet are from feuding families and they "fall in love" and they don't know they're from feuding families. Being between feuding families which could cause separation and shaming so if they continue to risk it and try to marry no good will come from it. In conclusion this is the most important part of the story because of the points leading up to this point.

Her beauty is too precious to be used up during this lifetime, too precious for the earth.'' this shows that he thinks shes amazing this is important because this shows that he will fall in love with her.In the play romeo talks about how great she is saying ''She stands out from the other women like a white dove among a flock of crows. When the dance is over, I’ll watch where she stands, and make my hand blessed just by touching hers. Was I in love before? My eyes convince me not, since I never realized what true beauty is before tonight.' this shows he is not really or really ever was in love because he moved on so fast and only looks at her looks and body and there love is not real.

The most important event is when Romeo and Juliet met. It says in Act 1 scene 5, " Don't move while I get my prayers answered" He then kissed her. This is important because its the first time that the lovers met and kissed. In Act 1 scene 5, " Her mother is the lady that owns this house a good wise women". This brings even more importance since this is when Romeo figures out that they can't be together and that they are supposed to be rivals. To conclude, the most important part of act 1 is when Romeo and Juliet met because they fall for eachother but then they figure out that they are supposed to be rivals not lovers.

Another important event is when Romeo and Juliet found out that their families were enemies that had much hatred for each other. This goes with the most important event of them meeting because it conflicts their love between each other, Juliet even says in scene 5 "The only love I've ever known comes for the only thing I hate!" This evidence is a conflict between their love and if they had never met the story would not have that kind of conflict. The way that Romeo and Juliet met was like love at first sight which really does not mean that you love that person it just means that you think they are attractive,So their love is not real love. Because of their feelings toward each other they feel like their are already soulmates only after one night of seeing each other and just a conversation to introduce themselves.

The most important event in Act 1 of Romeo and Juliet is when they finally meet their first kiss . In the passage romeo states "I fear I’ve defiled your hands, which are like a holy shrine to me, by touching them with my own unworthy hands. But I have an agreeable way to make it up to you." This means that Romeo had love it for sight for juliet without evening knowing her he know that she was the one . Also, in the passage Juliet states " Good worshipper, you’re too harsh on your own hand, as it shows a perfectly polite devotion by holding mine. After all, pilgrims touch the hands of saints, and the hands kiss when their palms are brought together." Which means that juliet feels the same as Romeo even though before this juliet never wanted anyone or to be married . This leads to the connection that Romeo and Juliet are slowly falling for each other as they meet which could lead to so much more . In conclusion this is the most important event in Act 1 of Romeo in Juliet because it really brings out the real reason of the story .

The most important event in act 1 of Romeo and Juliet was when Romeo and Juliet met. This is a very important part of the scene because this is where things get a little spicy. Romeo looks up and sees this very beautiful women and instantly fell in love with her beauty, lust was most definitely in the air. Romeo said "If I profane with my unworthiest hand. This holy shrine the gentle sin is this. My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand. To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss." Romeo is basically trying to smooth talk her and work his magic to get her at least a little interested him.
The text also states, "Good pilgrim, you do wrong your hand too much. Which mannerly devotion shows in this; For saints have hands that pilgrims' hands do touch and palm to palm is holy palmers' kiss." Juliet is just flirting back to Romeo because she thinks that he's actually good looking and wants to kiss him so she has a way with her words to let him know that she wants a peck on the lips, she is also telling him that if he kisses her then he's giving his sins to her.
The text lastly states, "Sin from my lips? O trespass sweetly urged! Give me my sin again." Romeo is telling Juliet that he wants his sins back but in order for you to pass your sin, you'll have to kiss the person but Romeo just wants to kiss her again. Both Romeo an juliet has feeling for each other and lust is rising higher and higher between the two of them. This scene of Romeo and Juliet is an important part of the play, because if those two lust birds didn't meet there wouldn't be a play.

For example, from the passage Romeo has said "Oh, she could teach torches a thing or two about brightness! She shines in the night like a dazzling diamond in a dark Ethiopian’s ear. Her beauty is too precious to be used up during this lifetime, too precious for the earth." to describe her beauty and how in love he is in. It makes it the most the important part because it explains how than they meet. At the end, they have both fell in love from first sight.

The most important part of Romeo and Juliet is when Romeo and Juliet meet. It's very crucial because this is where the story has a major turn around, bringing light to the gradually major parts of the story. Once Romeo kissed Juliet it changed the story from a family feud to a "dishonorable" scandal story, with "love" involved. Whilst in scene 5, it was concurred from the paragraph," Don’t tell me she’s a Capulet. What fate! My life is in my enemy’s hands. I can’t live without her." As said from Romeo. While in Juliet's perspective she exclaimed," The only love I’ve ever known comes from the only thing I hate! I met him too early before I knew who he was, and I found out who he was too late. What a terrible way for me to fall in love for the first time--with a hated enemy." Their love is only lust in their looks, rather a personality or anything above else.

TRAVASHA __The most important event in Act 1 is when Romeo and Juliet first met. The whole story is based off of their relationship, and when they met this was actually the audiences first time meeting juliet. In the story Romeo and Juliet , Romeo saw Juliet and instantly said he fell in love and kissed her. This is important because this shows how gullible and confused Romeo is. Also in the scene 5 Act 1 Juliet also said she was in love and how she was going to die and never love again if he was married. This shows that Romeo and Juliet are very much alike which may bring a problem later on in their relationship and is also how the story starts so that should be considered the most important part.

In scene 5 Romeo, begins talking to Juliet grabbing her hand and says "I fear I’ve defiled your hands, which are like a holy shrine to me, by touching them with my own unworthy hands. But I have an agreeable way to make it up to you. He shows how is flirting with her and make her agree to a kiss. The another example from the play is that Juliet explains to Romeo about the pilgrims and how that lips are used for prayers. "Yes, pilgrim, lips that they should use for prayer", then shortly after he kisses her lips and she doesn't seem to do anything. Romeo kisses her again and immediately falls in love with Juliet but only for her looks and not for her personality and Juliet feels the same way back but the sad part is that their families are mortal enemies. But that doesnt stop them from loving each other.

During Act 1 scene 1 romeo talks about how heart broken he was because the first women didn't love him, but the second he sees Juliet he forgets about her and falls in "love" with her. Which leads the events in all the other scenes.

Her beauty is too precious to be used up during thes lifetime, precious for the earth. this shows that at first sight Romeo fell for Juliet's beauty. But, the day before he was in a reck over Rosaline. Another example is when it states "Good pilgrim, you do wrong your hand too much, Which mannerly devotion shows in this; For saints have hands that pilgrims' hands do touch,And palm to palm is holy palmers' kiss." this right her shows when they are about to kiss and how the tragic love story will begin and end.

The most important part of act 1 of Romeo and Juliet is when the pair meet at the dance in scene 5. When they meet romeo says "I fear i have defiled you hand, which are like a holy shrine to me..." This is important because it shows just how quickly romeo has fallen in love with this girl and what he thinks of her. Another thing is how quickly they are to kiss. Showing that romeo and juliet are quick to the lip in a seance. I believe these examples prove how hard romeo follows his heart, or what he is perceived to be love. If this had never happened then the entirety of this play would be invalid

The most important event in Act 1 is when Romeo basically gives up on love. In Act 1, Scene 1 Romeo states, "I'm not myself. I'm not here. This isn't Romeo - he's somewhere else." This is important, because he showed totally different emotions in the beginning on how he felt about loving someone. Another example from the scene is, "I have too much sadness already, and now you're going to make me sadder by feeling sorry for you." This clearly shows that Romeo is in a sad place and could have depression. Further in the story this could lead to Romeo making bad decisions.

This foreshadows that he is a troublemaker and will be throughout the play. Another example is in scene 5 when he said what he said to Romeo when they were at the party. This is important because this also shows what type of person he is and what he does. these examples prove that this is the most important event because they let us know early in the play what type of person he is. Also, if these events didn't happen then we wouldn't really know how bad the two families dislike each other.

The most important event of Act 1 scene 3 is when juliet's mother is talking to her about marriage and how there are girls younger than her getting married. In the play Lady capulet says here in verona there are girls younger than you who have already had children and are married. I think that this is the most important part because it is talking about how very young kids are being married and have kids by the age of 14 or younger. Another example is when juliet says ill look at him and try to like him at least if what i see is likeable. This means that juliet already has someone picked out for her and she is going to check him out because she doesn't know what he looks like and if she will like him and she says if he is likeable which means if he is good looking. These examples prove that this event is most important because it is showing what "Love" was back then, love today isn't what love is today. if this event didn't happen then she would have never knew who he was.

If you starve yourself of sex you can't ever have children, and so your beauty is lost to future generations." This shows the important of the story because if they were to never meet the story line would never happen, and Romeo wouldn't ever had thought about giving her children. Basically, the story is based off their love and if they never met there would be no story.

The most important event in Act 1 is when Romeo and Juliet meet for the first time. In scene 4, Romeo would indeed burden love if he was to sink inside of it. This is important because love is inevitable. Another example is in Scene 3, Lady Capulet says that her and her daughter Juliet need to discuss Juliet's attitude about getting married? This is important because she's saying that Juliet needs to grow up and find someone to be in love in with. These examples prove that this is the most important event because it states the main phase in Juliet's current life. If this event didn't happen, then the reader would never know who Romeo was in the first place.
